Itinerary

Tour Start: 04:30 AM

Our adventure begins early with a private pickup from your hotel. We will head south toward Puno, traveling for approximately 2.5 hours.
We will stop in the city of Sicuani to enjoy a delicious breakfast. From there, we take a detour toward Arequipa to reach the picturesque town of Layo, situated on the shores of the stunning Langui-Layo Lagoon.

After a short drive from Layo, we begin a challenging 1.5 to 2-hour ascent up a steep slope. You will be surrounded by the majestic peaks of Apu Taqllo and Pallay Poncho.
Upon reaching the summit, you will be rewarded with an incredible contrast between the sharp, multi-colored ridges of the mountain and the deep blue of the Layo Lagoon below. We will have ample time for photos and rest at the viewpoint.

We will descend back to our private vehicle and begin the journey back, catching final glimpses of the lagoon along the way.
We will stop again in Sicuani for a well-deserved local lunch before the final drive back to the city.
Expect to arrive at your hotel in Cusco at approximately 8:00 PM.
