At the scheduled time, our team will pick you up from your hotel to begin this unforgettable experience and discover the best of the Peruvian capital.

We will start by exploring the elegant districts of Miraflores and San Isidro, admiring lively streets, beautiful parks, and panoramic views of the impressive Pacific Ocean. Our first stop will be Huaca Pucllana, an ancient pre-Inca temple that rises majestically in the middle of the modern city. This archaeological site will allow us to travel back in time and discover the secrets of the cultures that inhabited the Peruvian coast centuries before the Inca Empire.

We will continue toward the Historic Center of Lima, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will be captivated by its impressive colonial buildings, carved balconies, and majestic churches. We will walk through the Main Square, the political and religious heart of the city, and the elegant Plaza San Martín, surrounded by monuments that evoke Peru’s glorious republican past.

Early in the morning, between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel in Lima to begin a day full of adventure, nature, and unforgettable landscapes. Get ready to enjoy a spectacular experience that combines the mystery of the ocean with the excitement of the Peruvian desert.

Our first stop will be the Paracas National Reserve, where we will board a speedboat for an approximately two-hour tour around the Ballestas Islands. During the trip, you will admire the famous Paracas Candelabra and enjoy an incredible natural spectacle: pelicans, sea lions, boobies, and charming Humboldt penguins will accompany you on this marine adventure. It will be a fascinating experience that connects you with the wildlife of the Peruvian Pacific.

At the end of the excursion, we will continue our journey toward the beautiful Huacachina Oasis, a magical place surrounded by enormous golden dunes that contrast with the green reflection of the lagoon. Here, you will enjoy a pure adrenaline experience as you ride a dune buggy across the desert in an exciting adventure full of speed and emotion. If you dare, you can also try sandboarding, sliding down giant dunes that can reach heights of up to 25 stories. An unmissable experience for adventure lovers!

After so much excitement, we will visit a traditional vineyard and winery in the Ica Valley, where you will learn about the production process of wine and pisco, Peru’s national pride. You will also enjoy a tasting of artisanal products and discover the authentic flavors that characterize this region.

At the end of the day, we will begin our return to Lima, enjoying the sunset over the coastal desert. You will arrive with your heart full of excitement and your mind filled with memories of a truly unforgettable day.

We will begin the day with an early transfer from your hotel in Lima to the airport, where you will board your flight to Cusco, the legendary capital of the Inca Empire. During the flight, you may enjoy impressive views of the Andes Mountains, the perfect introduction to the magic that awaits you in this historic city.

Upon arrival in Cusco, our team will be waiting to give you a warm welcome and assist you with your transfer to the hotel. You will have time to rest, acclimatize to the altitude of 3,400 meters above sea level, and prepare for your first experience in the city of Cusco.

In the afternoon, around 1:00 p.m., our guide will pick you up from your hotel to begin the City Tour, a fascinating introduction to the living history of the ancient Inca capital. We will start with the impressive Cusco Cathedral, home to an extraordinary collection of colonial art, including paintings from the famous Cusco School. Then, we will visit the Temple of the Sun, also known as Qoricancha, the most important religious site of the Inca Empire, famous for its fine architecture and the remains of walls once covered in gold.

We will continue the tour to the impressive archaeological complexes surrounding the city: Sacsayhuaman, a majestic fortress built with enormous stone blocks; Q’enqo, an ancient sanctuary carved into limestone rock; Puca Pucara, a military fortress that protected the entrances to Cusco; and Tambomachay, known as the “Inca Baths” for its ceremonial water channels and fountains.

The tour will finish at approximately 6:00 p.m., returning to the center of Cusco. You may enjoy the evening exploring its cobblestone streets, experiencing its lively atmosphere, or tasting a traditional dinner in one of its charming restaurants.

After breakfast, at the previously coordinated time, we will pick you up from your hotel to begin one of the most emblematic routes of the journey: the impressive Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Our first stop will be at a natural viewpoint, where you will enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the valley and the majestic Andean mountains surrounding it — an ideal place to take unforgettable photos.

Then, we will arrive in the picturesque town of Pisac, located in the heart of the Sacred Valley. From there, we will go up to the top of the mountain to explore its impressive archaeological site, an ancient complex with agricultural terraces, temples, and unique views of the valley.

Back in town, we will visit the traditional Pisac artisan market, famous for its colors and the talent of its artisans, who skillfully work with minerals, textiles, and ceramics. It is the perfect place to buy authentic handmade souvenirs.

We will continue our journey along the Vilcanota River until we reach Urubamba, where a delicious buffet lunch will be waiting for us in a local restaurant, with a variety of dishes that highlight the best of Andean and Peruvian cuisine.

With renewed energy, we will continue toward Ollantaytambo, known as the last living Inca town. Here, we will visit its majestic archaeological site, a monumental construction that protected access to the valley. Its terraces, temples, and fountains demonstrate the advanced engineering skills achieved by the Incas.

At the end of the visit, we will board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes, a journey of approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes through impressive landscapes that combine high jungle, mountains, and rivers.

In the evening, our guide will visit your accommodation to provide a short briefing with all the important details for your long-awaited visit to Machu Picchu the next day.

Today, you will experience one of the most anticipated moments of your trip: the visit to the wonderful citadel of Machu Picchu, also known as the Lost City of the Incas.

This is an experience that will remain in your memory forever.

At the agreed time, our guide will pick you up from your hotel and accompany you to the bus station. There, we will board the tourist bus for an approximately 30-minute ride along a winding mountain road that will take us to the entrance of this jewel of the Andean world.

After passing the entrance control, we will begin a guided tour of approximately 2 hours, during which you will discover the history, mysticism, and architecture of this amazing site declared a World Heritage Site.

During the visit, you will see some of the most emblematic points of Machu Picchu:

After leaving Machu Picchu, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time for lunch at one of the many local restaurants offering delicious Peruvian cuisine.

In the afternoon, we will board the return train to Ollantaytambo or Poroy. Upon arrival, a KANTU PERU TOURS representative will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name to take you back to the city of Cusco. Finally, we will drop you off near the Main Square, or if you selected the private option, we will take you directly to your hotel, concluding a day full of emotion, history, and unforgettable landscapes.

At 6:00 a.m., our team will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you comfortably to the bus station, where this unforgettable journey toward the Peruvian highlands will begin.

The first stop will be the chapel of Andahuaylillas, a 17th-century architectural jewel known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Andes” for the astonishing beauty of its murals and decorations. Here, you will immerse yourself in colonial religious art while discovering the secrets preserved inside this historic temple.

Continuing with the tour, you will visit Raqchi, the imposing Temple of the god Viracocha, considered one of the most majestic works of the Inca Empire. This archaeological site contains a large network of colcas, or Inca storage houses, as well as stone and adobe structures that show the advanced architectural knowledge of this civilization.

At midday, you will enjoy a typical Andean lunch at the tourist restaurant La Pascana, where you can taste authentic regional flavors before continuing the journey.

Later, you will stop at La Raya, the highest point of the route, where you can take spectacular photos of the Andes and admire the contrast between snow-capped peaks and the wide valleys of the highlands.

On this day, you will enjoy an unforgettable experience exploring the majestic Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, a place of dazzling landscapes and ancestral traditions that remain alive to this day.

At 7:30 a.m., our transportation will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the port of Puno, where we will board our boat and begin this magical journey.

Our first stop will be the Floating Islands of the Uros, a group of unique islands built entirely with totora reeds, an aquatic plant that grows abundantly in the lake. Here, your guide will explain the history, culture, and way of life of the Uros people, a community that has adapted in an extraordinary way to its natural environment. You will have free time to walk on the islands, talk with local residents, and admire how they make their handicrafts and homes using totora reeds, a tradition that has lasted for generations.

After this enriching visit, we will continue sailing across the blue waters of Lake Titicaca toward Taquile Island, a place famous for its impressive landscapes and valuable cultural heritage. We will spend around three hours exploring this charming island, where daily life is guided by ancestral customs and a deep sense of community.

At midday, we will enjoy a traditional lunch at a local restaurant, where you can taste delicious fresh trout, a regional specialty. Afterward, you will have free time to walk along its stone paths, visit weaving workshops, and learn more about the artisanal skills of the local people, recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

In the afternoon, we will begin the boat trip back to the port of Puno, enjoying the final views of the immense Lake Titicaca along the way. Upon arrival, our transportation will take you back to your hotel, where you can rest and reflect on the experience of a day full of culture, nature, and connection with the roots of the Peruvian highlands.

Yes, the visit to Machu Picchu follows a scheduled one-way circuit with no option to return to previously visited areas. Since January 1, 2019, re-entry to Machu Picchu is not allowed unless your ticket includes Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain.

There may be lines to board the buses from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu and back, especially during high season. Our guide will provide suggestions to help you manage your time properly.

Although the tour includes walking, excellent physical condition is not required. However, you should be prepared to walk on uneven terrain and climb stairs in Machu Picchu.

Yes, the tour is suitable for children. However, parents should consider the amount of walking and the uneven terrain in Machu Picchu. We recommend bringing extra food and drinks for children.
