DAY 2: SACRED VALLE TOUR
PISAC
The tour to the Sacred Valley starts At 7:30 am, where our tourist transport will pick you up from your hotel, and then start our adventure through the mountains on the way to Pisac.
On the way, you will make some stops, where we will be able to take pictures and appreciate the sacred valley of the Incas from a beautiful touristic viewpoint. Once in Pisac, you can visit its archaeological center: full of terraces and temples; and of course its artisan market.
URUBAMBA
Afterward, you will go through the Sacred Valley to the town of Urubamba, where you will stop to take our lunch in a beautiful tourist restaurant, trying different types of dishes and unique flavors that can only offer you a great buffet lunch.
OLLANTAYTAMBO
In the afternoon you will visit the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, you will know its history, magic, culture

DAY 3: MACHU PICCHU TOUR
Early in the morning after breakfast (According to the time entrance ticket to Machu Picchu) the tour leader will come to the hotel and take you to take the bus toward Machu Picchu Inca city. You will travel for 30 minutes until you reach Machu Picchu Control. It is important to carry the original Passport since the tickets to Machu Picchu are personal.
Kantu Peru tours will give you a unique experience in Machu Picchu because our tour leaders will be patients when you visit this new wonder of the world. You will have time to take some pictures of the classic view. Then, you have a guided tour for about two hours, visiting the most important temples and sectors from Machu Picchu.

DAY 5: FULL DAY UROS AND TAQUILE ISLANDS

ISLAND OF THE UROS – ISLAND OF AMANTANÍ (3663 M.S.N.M.)
Our Kantu Peru Tours representative will pass by your hotel at 07:30 hrs. Approximately where we will go with our tourist transport to the port of Puno to board the boats that will take us on this adventure, we will go to the Uros floating islands, where our guide will explain the living culture of this place and then have free time to explore by yourself.
Then we will go to the Amantani 2 hours and 30 minutes approximately where we will be welcomed by residents of the area, accompanied by the families we will have a short hike 25 approximately minutes until we get to the family houses where we will have typical lunch food of the Zone base on trout after lunch we will settle down and rest to take a walk to the top of the island to see the Inca ceremonial temples “Pachamama and Pachatata” (4038 m.a.s.l).
We will appreciate beautiful views of the lake and then descend to the family houses where they can enjoy a delicious dinner with the local people. the families organize an Andean Show where we can dance and wear the local clothing.

Day 6 : TAQUILE ISLAND – PUNO PORT (3810 M.S.N.M.)
We will have a nutritious breakfast prepared with products that the inhabitants work on the island and then we will go to the Amantani port take our boat that will take us to the island of Taquile. Where we will have a walk to the main square from where we can observe the island and learn more about the customs and textiles,
we will have free time to enjoy the landscape and have lunch in a restaurant (local food) and then descend to the Taquile port then we will return in our boat to the city when we arrive at the port of Puno our transport will be waiting to take you to your hotel.

DAY 8: BALLESTAS ISLANDS TOUR
Very Early In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and then we will continue on our adventure; at 9:30 AM The first stop will be the pier to pass the SERNAMP control and wait to board. during the tour over the waters of the Pacific Ocean,
We will be able to observe the geoglyph El Candelabro, the rock formations that make up the islands, the sea lions, the diversity of marine species and birds in the area. Around 11:00 am we will have free time to buy snacks or see the crafts of the area, after 20 minutes we will start the tour to the Paracas Reserve, where we will visit the ruins of the cathedral rock formation, yumaque beach, red beach, and lagunilla beach.

WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT ALTITUDE SICKNESS?
Cusco city is located in a considerable elevation, Rainbow mountain is located over 16 thousand feet, so many people start feeling some altitude sickness. Therefore, we advise you to visit your doctor to prescribe medicine for the altitude.
CAN I CLIMB HUAYNAPICCHU AND MACHU PICCHU MOUNTAIN?
Yes, you can. To climb Huayna Picchu and Machu Picchu mountains there is a limit, only 400 hundred people can climb Huaynapicchu and 800 hundred people can climb Machu Picchu mountain per day. Therefore, when you book the tour, you have to be sure about it. Because the reservations for either mountain must be several months in advance. There is an extra fee of 20 dollars to book one mountain.
You are not going to get the ticket for both mountains in Aguas Calientes town, at the last minute.
