Itinerary
We will begin your experience with pickup from Cusco Airport and transfer to your hotel. You will have the morning free to rest, acclimatize to the altitude, and prepare for the afternoon tour.
At approximately 1:30 p.m., we will begin the City Tour in Cusco, visiting some of the most important places in the imperial city. During the tour, you will visit the Cusco Cathedral, Qorikancha, Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, and Tambomachay, accompanied by a professional guide who will explain the history and cultural value of each attraction.
At the end of the tour, you will return to the center of Cusco and have the evening free to have dinner, rest, and prepare for the following day’s visit to Machu Picchu.
Very early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer you to the train station in Ollantaytambo. From there, you will board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes, enjoying Andean landscapes, mountains, and views of the Sacred Valley during the journey.
Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, our team will assist you in boarding the bus up to Machu Picchu. At the Inca citadel, you will take an approximately 2-hour guided tour, exploring the permitted sectors according to the available circuit and learning about the history, architecture, and cultural significance of this sacred place.
After the visit, you will return by bus to Aguas Calientes and have time to enjoy lunch on your own. In the afternoon, you will board the return train to Ollantaytambo, where our transportation will be waiting to take you back to Cusco. Arrival will be in the evening.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time according to your flight schedule. At the coordinated time, our team will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to Cusco Airport.
